Ann Woolcock New Investigator Award
The Ann Woolcock New Investigator Award is presented at the TSANZ Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) to acknowledge excellence in the conduct and presentation of scientific research.
This is a Travelling Fellowship of AU$1500 plus expenses (return economy airfare, meeting registration and accommodation) to support the recipient to attend and present their original high-quality research to the next Annual Scientific Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Society of Respirology (APSR).
Finalists (excluding the winning applicant) will receive a certificate of achievement and AU$500.
If APSR does not proceed in 2021 due to the pandemic, the travel portion of the award will be transferred to a digital registration to APSR and/or to another conference of the recipient’s choosing.
This award furthers one of Professor Ann Woolcock's goals of fostering research ties between the TSANZ and the APSR.
