New Zealand delegates can register for an in-person NZ hub at Hilton Auckland. This will give you an opportunity to view the virtual content with additional local events and to network with friends and colleagues. You are also invited to register for the Lung Cancer Screening Symposium to be held on Friday April 30th. Please note to add the hub registration you must purchase a TSANZ, ANZSRS or Combined virtual registration. View information on Virtual Registration here.

Hub Registration Fees include

The opportunity to network; catch up with your colleagues and friends
Access to the hub rooms to view virtual content with local events prior to the virtual kick off. There will be a room for the ANZSRS sessions, a room for the TSANZ sessions and a room for networking or following concurrent sessions on your own device.
Catering; morning and afternoon tea, and lunch.
A 3-course dinner with beverages at the award winning Fish Restaurant (when a ticket including the dinner is purchased)

All prices are in AU$ and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%. A New Zealand Tax invoice is available upon request.
Full payment for earlybird registration must be received before 12 February 2021. After this date, they will be changed to the standard fee.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you cancel your hub registration prior to 01 April 2021, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $30. Cancellations made after 01 April 2021 are non-refundable. If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details. 

Publication of Abstracts

Registration is a prerequisite for publication of abstracts in the final programme.
